“And he said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment’.” (Matthew 22:37–38). As you can see in Scripture, loving God is very important to God. We as a church are working very hard to love God with everything we have. We aren’t perfect at it, but connecting with our Creator is our highest priority. Why? Because it was His highest priority to connect with us when He sent His only Son to seek and save those who were lost!

“And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39). People are very important to our Heavenly Father and so, as a church body, people are important to us. It is our sincere desire to love people right where they’re at in life. We don’t wait for people to clean up and change to love them because we are still being cleaned up and changing too!

Sunday Morning Worship

Sunday Morning Worship is our opportunity to come together as a body to express our love, admiration, and appreciation for who God is and what He continues to do for us. While we can connect with God at any time throughout the week because of the shed blood of Jesus Christ, Sundays are a very special time where we come together to encourage one another in our walk with our Savior.

Prayer Gathering

Before our morning service, we gather together to pray. This is our time as brothers and sisters in Christ, to come before our Lord and seek His face about personal issues, family challenges, world situations, and anything that is on our hearts. It is a crucial time, for we believe that where there is prayer, there is power.

Connection Group Ministry

Our Connection Groups have become a vital part of church life. The purpose of small group ministry is to provide an opportunity for a group of people to come together to share burdens, pray, hold one another accountable, and reach people for Jesus. This is not a classroom teaching ministry, rather it is meant to provide a place where relationships can deepen, and the “one another” passages found in the Scriptures can be realized. Our connection groups meet throughout the week.

Family Chat

We are a church family, and it is important to keep everyone informed. We believe in being transparent. After all, we’re family! Every other month on a Sunday evening we carve out some time to have food, fellowship, and communication about what is happening in our body. This is also the time when we do baptisms and bring in new members. This time is informal and fun- a great time to be with our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
